On one hand, Viola takes advantage of her ability to put on an identity that is not her own in order to receive the job that she wants. She is a brave, confident woman who uses this ability to get what she wants. On the other hand, it causes serious confusion for the two characters who fall in love with her, Olivia and Orsino. However this confusion adds to the entertainment of the play and results in the excessive celebration in the end of the play.
