Register to read the introduction… This firm is known for being successful with international corporate and commercial, litigation, and arbitration and intellectual property in law. The company was founded by Ravi Singhania and Manju Mohorta. Ravi Singhania was the founder and managing partner while Mohorta was the Chief Executive. Both Ravi and Manu were concerned about the HR practices currently used by the firm and if the company faces human resource risks. It seemed that the firm is facing a high attrition rate in the Indian legal services industry and this is causing an alarming problem. There has been a shift between legal firms and partners.
