As an overview of the MBTI category, I scored as an ESFJ; my exact percentage is as follows: Extravert (6%) Sensing (1%) Feeling (50%) Judging (22%). However, because I scored a 1% on sensing, I can also be considered ENFJ. Being an ESFJ means that I enjoy being in charge, I see problems clearly and delegate easily, I work hard and know how to have fun. ESFJ’s are easily affected by harsh words and have a hard time keeping it bottled up inside. As caretakers, ESFJ’s believe there is a lot wrong with the immediate environment. As we already know, ENFJ personalities are people oriented, honest, blunt perfectionists who believe in supporting others and putting others before themselves. A classmate’s strengths are organizing projects and completing them before deadlines; that their weaknesses are to sometimes get overly involved, and neglecting their self for others, they would be a good leader or motivator in groups. Classmates in the INTJ trait category may be a perfectionist and enjoy solving problems. However, this personality type is one that is more focused on logical thinking and does not have good people skills, often lacking in relationship building skills. This personality type is not a very popular one among populations, it’s found in two percent of people. I believe that I could allow more time for people to think about and voice their ideas rather than hurrying them along to make the dead line. Often, I try to finish projects ahead of time, and sometimes my team mates need more time to work on their part of the project. I think instead of jumping on the ball as soon as I can, to pick up what I consider, them to be slacking off, I need to take a breather and trust my team mates
