Depending on where you are coming from reality TV can be a huge shock for you, due to the fact that there is a lack a privacy when it comes to these types of shows. But that might not be the only shock for you, even though the standard channels do not typically show nudity, some might be surprised on how suggestive it can be with the content that is shown.
