"Ooooh, I love myself"
When someone says this sentence you tend to feel that this guy is selfish and above all arrogant. But not at all, somebody should start to love himself he would eventually start to respect himself and then he can feel the same for the people of his immediate surroundings that is his family.
Now what would happen if someone does not have this feeling of love and respect for himself? Such a person would have nothing else but negative thoughts towards himself and consequently towards his surroundings, and there is no closer surroundings than one's own family. As you have just seen the sketch presented by my friends, some of you may have laughed, others saw it as a tragic incident or perhaps you took it as a mere performance of good actors. A father neglected his son, having no time for him at all and above all did not place himself in his son's place, thus did not understand him with empathy. A young boy became an alcohol addict and finally committed an irreversible act, a suicide. This shows that lack of empathy could have disastrous consequences.
Hence we should all try to understand with empathy, that is the biggest show of love for one's family.
