This teacher training cycle consists of five processes:
1. Identify Needs – Before a course of learning begins the learners needs and their suitably for the course should be assessed, This can be done in many ways, one way to do this is by interview this can help determine if the learner is suitable for the course by way of previous qualifications and skills and also this help the learner discover if the course is right one for them in terms of outcome.
2. Plan and Design – This is to ensure the correct resources are available such as large print handouts for partially sighted students or the environment is suitable I.e. wheelchair accessible, this can also be they way the lessons are delivered which may depend upon the learning style of the pupil.
3. Deliver/Facilitate – teaching and learning to be carried out a suitable manner.
