As long as you have confidence, people will ask fewer questions; if you act as if you are in the right place, people will assume you belong in the situation. Therefore, when leaders have confidence, others will naturally assume that those leaders know what they are doing, this gives them responsibility and respect. However, bear in mind that, there is a thin line between confidence and arrogance. Another aspect of a good leader that runs parallel to confidence is integrity because a good leader must have the ability to act in line with what is said or considered important, according to ethical and social norms, without lying or deceiving; not hiding relevant information; respecting the confidentiality of personal information and not using it for personal benefit. This also includes communicating intentions, ideas and feelings openly and directly and being willing to act honestly even in difficult situations.
