In recent years, organizations are faced a range of growing challenges which influence their function. The progress of organizational course and development has increased the leaders’ need to positively develop their leadership. The most important thing about leadership refers to the potentials including communication, ability to inspire others, who may or not may use the learned skills in a leadership situation (Gold, Thorpe and Mumford, 2010). Considering the difference between leader development and leadership development, the revision on how the “state-of-the-art” development is being showed in the context has consequences for leadership development. The general purpose of leadership learning and development is to construction the practice and science of leadership development by showing the importance of building both human and social capital in organizations. The achievements or the results of this process have less significance than the learning and the ways to reach that success above all (Lekka and Healey, 2012).
