To me, the term “wellness” means feeling energetic and position on whole body without tired. Not only the physical health, but only the psychological health. My ideals about wellness comes from my father. My father is a chef and he is working in a restaurant. He works 11 hours a day, 6 days a week. As an old man, he really works very hard. Even though he works 6 days a week and he feels fine, but he is feeling unhappy in his heart. From my observation, he don’t like to work a lot but he has to do this for his family. In my opinion, wellness means “happy” inside and outside at the same time. To my point of view, the most important in my life is spiritual dimension of wellness. Take me as an example, I am a fat girl with a sense of Chinese idealism. Chinese has the fixed mind-set believes the fat girl equals unhealthy. Therefore, they think I am unhealthy. But I don’t think so. Even though I look not pretty and get a lot of adipose, but I am feeling great on my body. I haven’t take the medicine and get a cure. In fact, I need to improve all six dimensions of wellness model especially the physical and social. In my own daily lives, I don 't exercise a lot and not on diet. After I read the article, I should take more exercise in the morning or during the day. I believed that walking should be a great start to me, especially to people who don 't like exercise a lot, like me. In addition, I need to add more green vegetables and fruit in my meal. To the social dimensions of wellness, I need to build up my own self-confident. Before I do something, I should make full preparation and encourage myself that I will success. If I fail, don 't be afraid, try one more time or get help from others. Step by step, I should believe myself and have a right attitude to finish everything. Above all, never look down upon
