In the United Sates to be able to conceal a gun has raise many problems all around the country. In some states due to the laws people are able to by gun with up the right restrictions of how to obtain a gun. Other has brought up the concern about having colleges having concealed guns in universities. People agree with the laws and the regulations and other people may not agree. Many mass shooting have occurred over the resent years in different states. Gun control should be allowed only when there is a background check on a person’s physical and mental ability.

Also to anyone who has being adjudicated as a mental defective or has being in a mental institution. That also prohibits people from possessing any firearms. This act explains every from what should a person should not have (guns/firearms/weapons) It also shows that a firearm can be any type of weapon from a rifle to the smallest hand gun because all of the gun are being consider firearms, weapons, or guns. Also shows that any person who care a weapon is require by the Brady Act to have a licensed for dealers and have a background check. Even do that laws in some states are strict and other states are not very strict of who can buy or sell a gun it give the advantage for other people to buy gun without going through the proses of the having a gun. People should not do illegal transactions with people underage along with people with mental problems. These can help prevent mass shooting in the United States. It would also reduce the amount of trafficking illegal gun from state to state. People should be also aware of the laws in their states of who to buy a gun.
