Most foods are known to helping your brain develop the right way. This is one of the main reason why over the year schools have band Junk Food in their cafeteria. Not only Parents where concern but also the board of education; for what are we feeding our students. Since young people are taught that the food we consume help us with apart of our body, for instincts; Carrots are known to be good for the eyes, Broccoli is good for growth, milk is known to have vitamin D, which is good for the bones and so on. However, Junk Food doesn’t help none of those important areas from our bodies in fact it doesn’t help us at all.
