Hire 1 additional sales representative – It will help Jones Blair to enter new markets outside DFW area and spread awareness of its products in other cities. (See Exhibit 3) 4. Status Quo (Do nothing) – As it has always seen profits, the company should maintain their current objectives and do nothing. In this case the company doesn’t need to spend any additional money. (See Exhibit 4)

Conclusions & Recommendations

I think Jones Blair need to see the big picture and look into the future. They should focus on non-DFW household & professional market. They should go ahead with alternative 3 i.e. should hire 1 additional sales representative who is in charge of developing new accounts in non-DFW
