We shouldn’t contradict one’s traditions such as holidays because it happens every year and nothing can take our traditions away, if we don’t like it or even celebrate it, and then there is no need to celebrate it, but we shouldn’t also bother attempting to abolish them from living in the United States, we can follow our own culture’s celebrations, even if we are not living in an international country, because in the United States, us citizens have our rights and our freedom, freedom of choice, freedom of speech, etc. People all over the world move to the United States to make a better living for themselves, whether going to college, making more money by working, and even finding a better home to live in. We have our ups and downs and our rough relationships, like the Chinese and the Hmong not wanting to follow each other’s cultures, beliefs, languages, religion, etc. All celebrations and holidays have a purpose, we didn’t make it up, the birth of Jesus Christ is real, which means Christmas is real. Every country needs a leader, like the Roman Catholic church needs a pope and the United States needs a president. Our leaders need to take account on how to make a country better for the citizens of a particular country. We need to have laws regulated and critical decision making, without it, laws wouldn’t be broken and one’s country would fall apart. We shall forever treasure our beliefs and our traditions because without it, we would have a sense of insecurity in ourselves, so we need traditions so we can bring comfort and belonging to each other, bring families together and reconcile with friends, and reinforce other values such as freedom, justice, education, personal responsibility, and even a compelling work ethic. Our traditions and beliefs shall forever be
