Information System is a set of system and HR that present basic depot, computing, sharing and communion facilitate organization to reach their ambition and objective. The Information system grants connection for organize and splitting knowledge and data to gain the efficiency in return and production of the organization. Leading an information system within an organization is a challenging task due to many circumstance. It is the important key element in a successful organization.

Tacit knowledge
Tacit knowledge could be defined as the individual experience and action, that difficult to codify, classify and structure and is not easily transferrable to individuals who process it. (Davenport & Prusak 1998, p. 4).
Like many organizations, World Bank also based on information, but was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information contained in documents and within employees. Therefor they wanted to develop a knowledge management system, that based on tacit and explicit knowledge application within World Bank. The following tables demonstrate the tacit and explicit knowledge application use in World Bank.

World Bank developed an intranet tool within the organization to communicate, like a blog for internal discussions to replace email chains or a wiki for managing notes. (Real time notification)

Specifically, the promotion of the exchange of information between regional units. In traditional vertical hierarchical models of organisation, the silo structure tended to discourage knowledge sharing behaviours. In 1996, a matrix organisation structure was adopted by World Bank to correct this organisation behaviour. This was a very important initiative undertaken by the bank, but it wasn’t quite enough to shift the culture of the organisation. Incentives were then put in place to try and encourage knowledge sharing behaviours in the form of annual performance awards, as well as monetary awards. There are awards for different categories, such as outstanding team behaviours, innovation and cross-boundary work and client impact. World Bank expects that these incentives will accelerate the intended behavioural
