Factors that lead to effective teamwork
• Team members trust each others: this is a fact that leads to effectiveness of a team because once each team members trust that each one of the team is able to do something, the team will be successful. If in the team, there is someone the rest of the team members do not trust in, he or she might not be able to provide his idea since he will have something in mind that whatever he might say will not be valued. What makes working in a virtual team distinct and how can the challenges with virtual teamwork be avoided/resolved?

The most important strategies to use when working as part of a virtual team
• Setting team norms: Once a team start working with clear norms, every team members strive to work toward respecting all those norms. Once norms are respected, it becomes easy for the team to reach to its goal.
• Setting goals: “The success of any group project is that there must be a clear single goal. Many teams fail when there are multiple agendas. Teams and organizations that succeed are those that have communicated a common purpose and goal”, Finch explains (2007). This means that team that does not have a common goal tends to fail because team members do not plan how they will complete different actions.
• Encouragement of team members’ collaboration: Once this strategy is implemented in a team, the team gets things as it is planned. This is because everyone in the team feels eager to give his effort in order to complete team
