As an introvert Carl Jung (1923) explains I did thrive on working independently, which meant I was able to complete the work that needed consideration such as drawing up a plan to lobby institutions whilst other team members who were extroverts were able to implement these ideas through their social skills. We also had to produce a final report, which included the methods that we used to lobby the institutions and who we had reached out to thus explaining our findings.
