The robots name is Saya and she actually taught a 5th grade class just as a regular school teacher would do. Reading an article about a robot school teacher proves to a lot of people how serious scientists/engineers are about making more intelligent and taking over the world (Article Robot teacher conducts first class in Tokyo school). In comparison, the film “I,Robot” shows a footage where robots are basically doing everything a human being would do. In the film the robots are working as a mailman, babysitter, and even being a companion to the …show more content…
They believe that robots will think the same as human beings, act the same as human beings, and have emotions just like human beings. Having robots do everything a human being would do in their daily lives. However there are a majority of them who believes other wise. There are some scientist who believe designing a robot to do our daily chores can be unethical and robots will only bring bad impacts to humanity because of their imperfections, but the irony about this is that as robotic artificial intelligence technology advances with further support from major industries, these imperfections will not only get fixed, but be removed all together allowing for a more positive future for both robots and humans. Some scientist believe robots who can help people who have problems with socials contact, but this contact with robots will further separate people from human real relationships. Similarly, the filmmakers in “I,Robot” made it known that robots are just machines, they have no emotions; they are just cold metal, and an imitation of life, these are arguments that many scientists and engineers can or even prove to be wrong or
