Russian Health Care There have been recent changes in the Russian health care system that have had a big impact. Firstly, bioethics has been introduced to the health care system in Russia (Tichtchenko, 2003). Bioethics is addressing the many moral problems that can come up when patients are being cared for by medical professionals.
