What is Organizational culture?
Organizational culture is shared beliefs, values and assumptions which are shared by the members of an organization. Organizational culture strongly effects the organization and management. The culture diversity in any workplace provides strength to the employees and encourage them to do work effectively. Most of the multinational organizations take more than one culture into account like there are different types of people working in an organisation where all the employees have different values and beliefs but are shared among themselves.
