Introduction Employee’s work life is always one of the major concerns of an organisation in the 21st century. Due to the high competitive environment in the organisation, employee always feel stressed out when working inside the organisation. Besides that, conflict might also occur when employee is stress out. This kind of conflict is not constructive conflict that can build the organisation, but is destructive conflict that might bring negative impact towards the organisation. In order to manage the employee’s work life, some organisation allow the employee to have a more flexible work arrangement as they believe that having a more flexible work arrangement for the employee will bring benefit to the organisation. One of the positive effect is that it can improve the job satisfaction of the employees (Masuda et.al 2011). This positive effect is mainly caused by the employee’s perception towards the organisation (Masuda et.al 2011). The implementation of FWA in an organisation provides the employee with the chance to work on their desired time (Idris 2014), this would make the employee feels that the organisation value and care about them. When the employee feels that organisation value and care about them, they will have a better perception in their mind. Employees will get motivated by the reward that the employer gives to them and put their full effort into the work.
