In Disney’s adaption of The Princess and the Frog several different components can be identified from the chosen passage. According to the character’s spoken dialogue, determination and persistence are the two prominent themes we can see right away. The first lines we can see that the main character might have been criticized for being strange or below the normal status quo although she throws caution to the wind and remains truthful to herself and in her beliefs. “Trials and tribulations, I’ve had my share” through this quote it is easy to see that Tiana has acknowledged how unfair life has been to her and has comes to terms with it.
