Bespoke Windows Blinds (BWB) manufacture blinds on a made-to-measure basis as per conform to a client’s specific windows and doors.
The Pull inventory system will allow BWB to produce enough quality window blinds to fulfill a customer’s command, besides the process starts with the customer’s order. Moreover, it reduces leftovers of inventory and obviously, also the cost of carrying and storing them. The main aim of this system is to keep inventory levels to a minimum by only having the essentials to satisfy a client’s requirements. A simple example to the system would be Just-in-Time (JIT) system which has objectives to decrease the amount of storage space needed for inventory and the charges to keep it.
Windows Blinds production, however, is very complex and can consume time to produce only the volume required, especially when it comes to modern offices, in order to accomplish the buyers’ specifications. With Pull strategy, BWB will receive only what they exactly need in terms of raw materials and other inventories from the suppliers. This ensures there will be exact production of windows blinds at a reasonable pace and less of the BWB’s budget is involved in physical goods. Therefore firstly, by Pull methods it simply saves space and money and secondly BWB can improve their manufacturing sides by reinvesting funds

Thus reducing idle or damage assets by amending storage space of the end products. Conclusion, BWB becomes more reactive and quickly capitalize on new opportunities and able to build stronger and maintain existing relationships with buyers and suppliers.
• Lowers time delay in process
Supply Chain basically decrease delays in tasks. Such delays cost a lot to organization where relationships between suppliers and buyers are weakened and may end the business. Delays involve late delivery, hold-ups on manufacturing and blunders in distribution channels. BWB should follow supply chain as it perfectly synchronizes and executes from the start to the end till the products in hand.
• Raised outputs and profits level
Managers are able to track and supervise compliance in the environment, health and safety. But also there will be transparency of information and real-time business intelligence to shorter cash-to-cash cycle
