Moreover, it reduces leftovers of inventory and obviously, also the cost of carrying and storing them. The main aim of this system is to keep inventory levels to a minimum by only having the essentials to satisfy a client’s requirements. Windows Blinds production, however, is very complex and can consume time to produce only the volume required, especially when it comes to modern offices, in order to accomplish the buyers’ specifications. With Pull strategy, BWB will receive only what they exactly need in terms of raw materials and other inventories from the suppliers.
