The career that I want to do after I graduate is a social worker. Child and family social worker is the official job title. Child and family social workers help families find housing or services. They intervene when children are in danger, some locate foster families, and others work to reunite families. I chose this as my career because i can’t stand to think of families in need or children being abused("Summary"). It is important to understand the education or training requirements, skills or talents needed, salary and benefits offered, and the duties for a particular career when making this decision.
Child and family social worker jobs are world-wide but I personally would like to work in oklahoma. Social workers work in all sorts of environments, but many work in child welfare agencies.
