Kelekian intern, Jason Posner. He fails in every aspect of knowing how to care for a patient. During rounds, he exposes her without informing her what he was going to do. Instead of explaining what was going on with her health, he never directed himself to her. His main focus was trying to be the best in his intern group. In addition, no one ever came to Ms. Bearing to ask her if she was comfortable with one of her previous students examining her. I found that unquestionably unprofessional and degrading for Ms. Bearing when he exposes her. Jason Posner lacks communication, professionalism, and ultimately, does not provide patient-centered care. Some providers were rude and lack professionalism while others showed professionalism and demonstrate patient-centered care. I feel that there should be a regulation in the treatment of healthcare providers. This will prevent maltreatment and will provide more comfort for the patient. In addition, these differences are important to show how treatment can vary by each healthcare provider. This also shows the importance of how nurses provide additional care and support for patients. Thus, nurses help the patient get back on their feet and provide them comfort in their last moments. Therefore, the role of a nurse is genuinely important in the healthcare
