Reflection Of Theatre: An Introduction To Theatre

This is the class “Introduction to Theatre,” one of the best class in CU Boulder. The class basically teaches every basic elements of the theatre, which are, theatre element structure, the origin of theatre, the kinds of stages, and etc. I have profoundly learned so much materials for the great professor (Rebecca), TA (Jash), and also my fellows. I would say theatre class could change my new perspective looking to theatre in general. Throughout this paper, I would personally tell about the theatre class and how appreciated I have had, including my own experience.
Before taking this class, I could say that I had no idea what class I should take in the fall semester. I just looked for the class that satisfied my requirement. One class I have seen in the requirement is “An introduction to theatre.” Its name made me confused what we would learn in that class. In addition, there were several questions coming to my mind. Do we have to cast to be the actor in theatre as one of requirement? Do we need to lecture all the time? How much boring of the class is? Or what materials should we get? How is the professor and TA? Those are only the general questions that I always had. When I went to ask some close friends, no one could answer my questions because they had no experience for this class. We all have had a great time together. I have significantly learned so much materials related to the theatre. The experience from watching the theatre productions helps to be more comfortable to get connected to the show than the past, and I might take the upper division of theatre class in the future. I would remember that I had the opportunity to take this class and got any significance like best professor, TA, and friends. I am personally thankful Rebecca and Jash.
