It is important to set SMART goals; specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely. When a goal is not specific, it can be difficult to find what to focus on. Measurable goals help you keep track of your progress and visualize what is already done and what is yet to be accomplished. In order to do this I will need to strictly follow my program schedule and take the assigned classes in specific semesters so I do not fall behind. Since I am a second year student that has switched over from a Bachelor of Science at the end of my first year, I do not have the option to be picky about choice and time of classes I should take because I have already filled up all of my electives. To ensure that I am on the right track, I will meet with one of the Kinesiology advisors at least once a semester and will contact them immediately if any questions
