Change management these days is not only restricted to operational improvements, cost efficiencies and process re-engineering but also, has become a much bigger, more interwoven part of business environment. It is basically a leadership requirement to get things done regardless of hierarchy or rank. A leader basically has to be a catalyst for change in an organization.
