At the first glance at this issue – Whether the bicyclists should obey the driving laws as the drivers do in San Francisco –, it pops into my mind that the bicyclists are not necessary to follow the rules which for the drivers. On the other hand, the bicyclist should have their own rules to avoid the traffic jams. The core reason why I have such perspective is that the authority cannot judge the drivers and bicyclists at the equivalent situation because they have different purposes and functions. First of all, unlike the vehicles or buses, the size of bicycles is smaller. As a result, the bicycles do not occupy as much space on the roadway as the cars do.…

As a trucking company owner you know that, without working cash on hand, you will continually miss out on opportunities to expand their business or fall behind on major expenses. This is why so many carriers are choosing to factor invoices in order to fund their business and keep a strong cash flow. These benefits include a simpler application process, a much higher approval rating then bank loans, competitive rates, and faster funding overall.…

UMass Lowell is a public institution where scholars, coming from all kinds of locations, can practice their education to their advantage to study for the career they wish to pursue. Whether students live on campus or commute to the campus on a daily basis, they recognize that it can be reasonable to access and travel to no matter where they come from. While most students live in a residence hall on campus, others can commute from their hometowns, using any form of transportation they can identify. Students that commute to school from Boston have simple options concerning travel to and from school, including driving in the traffic-congested Interstate highways, and riding a train on the hour-long Lowell Line, a commuter rail system that the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority operates. However, few students that…

Positive externalities are benefits that are infeasible to charge to provide; negative externalities are costs that are infeasible to charge to not provide. Ordinarily, as Adam Smith explained, selfishness leads markets to produce whatever people want; to get rich, you have to sell what the public is eager to buy. Externalities undermine the social benefits of individual selfishness. If selfish consumers do not have to pay producers for benefits, they will not pay; and if selfish producers are not paid, they will not produce. A valuable product fails to appear.…

Classes are interesting, and I enjoy them. I have found a housing in Berwyn, but I am still interested to find something near the school. The evening classes make me concerned a little bit as I have to wait for the train after 9 p.m. Most of the times I missed the 9:00 train and had to wait another 45 mins sitting alone at the station. I felt sometimes unsafe and so I prefer finding something near the college and hope the cost will be affordable.…

“The university charges students $61 per semester for parking,” says an article from the Dayton Daily News, “As of last year, WSU has 16,842 students who attend classes at the main campus in Fairborn.” Since the start of the 2015 Fall Semester, numerous parking citations have been issued to students who are in violation of Wright State’s parking policy, but the reason for these violations is not what one might think. Students complain about the difficulty and competition associated with the search for a designated, legal parking space, whether they’re on-campus residents or commuters. After repeatedly circumnavigating their designated parking lot looking for a free space, students, who are either in danger of being late to their class or…

Pay riding and free riding are terms that are used when talking about the coalitions that are created to fight against terrorism (Fratianni et al., 2004). To put these terms into context, free riding refers to those countries that benefit from the efforts of the United States fighting against terrorism, but do nothing or very little to help the cause resulting in the United States having to carry most of the burden during the fight (Fratianni et al., 2004). Pay riding is more complex because it refers to those countries that are on both sides against the fight on terrorism (Fratianni et al., 2004). These countries help the cause of the United States against terrorism usually for political relations and the help is almost always in the form of funding with large amounts of money (Fratianni et al., 2004). At the same time most of these countries are corrupted and they also contribute to terrorist organizations usually in exchange to keep peace within their countries, Saudi Arabia is a great example of a country that falls under pay riding (Fratianni et al., 2004).…
