Implementation of HR strategy
The implementation process of HR strategy is a key element of business success. By involving Human Resources in discussion of strategic policies, the organization has a better chance of being effective in implementing these policies.
The trailer repair market has lots of competition, Gateway Trailer and Repair will differentiate themselves through their customer service focus. In order to achieve this and give them the competitive advantage the HR strategic plan will focus on the current employees and plan for future growth with developing existing employees and external recruitments.

Compensation A successful compensation plan should be competitive, but also motivate employees, control compensation costs and ensure equity. To ensure the above is achieved, Gateway Trailers will research the local competitors and determine where they currently fit within the market salary. With the current economic situation Gateway wants to remain equal or slightly below in competitiveness with salary. Salary ranges will be determined for each position with the organization based on the results of the research conducted. These ranges will help control payroll expenses and provide transparency to the employees on their wage range. When recruiting, they will look at individual’s previous work experience, education and compare them to current or past employees in the same position for accurate salary placement. Depending on the years of direct experience extra and to help offset annual compensation, Gateway may offer additional holiday
