No poet ever interpreted nature as freely as a lawyer interprets the truth.”As a child something in me always wanted to debate with a judge or prosecute someone or just be in the courtroom. I guess it is because when I 'm with my dad we always watch crime shows. But the thing that really got me was when I took Civics in Economics my sophomore year we didn 't just talk about politics in economics we talked about life. In a lawyer I feel is the way for me.The career of a Lawyer is a complex career ,because one has the ability of choosing an individual 's fate for life . Each case can pose its own challenges.Lawyers must possess strong reading, writing and analytical skills. As a lawyer, you face the challenge of determining the best ways to use the law to solve problems on behalf of your clients. As an aspiring lawyer, you can choose to specialize in different aspects of the law that peak your interest. Like civil, criminal, immigration, business and family law. Opportunities are available in the community , such as representing the government as a criminal prosecutor, or serving as a public defender who represents clients that cannot afford to hire legal counsel.Getting into law school and passing the bar exam can be the first trials a lawyer experiences but for some attorneys there are more serious problems once in a firm.Criminal defense attorneys are sometimes attacked by disgruntled clients. Being a family lawyer appears to be hazardous, as the National Law Journal story reports that “at least five family law attorneys were killed or violently attacked by clients’ ex-spouses” between February 2010 and June 2011. Lawyers can advance up to Chief Justice of Supreme Court. They can start out as a lawyer, then become partner in a firm of lawyers, then a Senior Partner. A paralegal is similar to law clerks, except law clerks tend to be students or interns on their way to being lawyers, whereas paralegal are specifically trained for this profession. Paralegals are usually graduates with Associate 's degree programs or are college graduates who took some paralegal courses. Another related field is a outdoor clerk. An outdoor clerk assists lawyers by preparing court documents and delivering them to court, attending hearings and visiting clients. A cost lawyer is a legal professional concerned with legal costs who has attained rights of audience and rights to conduct costs litigation.CILEx legal executive is a lawyer who has followed one of the prescribed routes to qualification set out by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx). Chartered Legal Executives are eligible to become partners in law firms and share in the firm 's profits. A court clerk is an officer of the court whose responsibilities are maintaining the records of a court. Another duty is to administer oaths to witnesses, jurors, and grand jurors. Last but not least is the court reporter is the person who transcribes spoken or recorded speech into written form. After my study in the occupation of a lawyer I still want to become a lawyer because I want to help the people of this world fight for justice and peace and
