They will even blame themselves just to make everyone happy even if it was someone else's fault . They want peace in every situation. Conflict is not in a phlegmatics desires. They feel uncomfortable if they are a bother to others. They are friends you want to tell your secrets to. They are very trustworthy. They do not wish to be offensive. They would rather be supportive rather than critical. They will let others decide for them. This comes from themselves not seeing themselves as a leader. It is natural for them to be followers. They talk with unsureness. They enjoy time alone, however they are more social, and friendly than a melancholy. They do not desire perfection, and thus do not judge others. They make faithful friends because they put others before themselves. It is very rare for them to get angry.
