The New Tobacco Law
Regulations over under age substance usage has not been the best in nearly a decade, which is why a law that prohibits not only minors but adults as well from using tobacco products must be established. We must also put out serious consequences for those who do not obey this new law because it is a major factor in the way we will keep our generation healthy, safe and alive.
We are currently battling against many diseases in the world with one of the major ones being what is called cancer, in fact, it is said that aside from heavy exposures to dangerous chemicals and or heavy radiation, the main cause of such disease is tobacco. Tobacco contains many chemicals that harm your body and with time, the use of this product leads to serious diseases.

Putting aside all diseases and or risks, we must keep I mind that it is not fair for individuals that chose not to smoke to have people smoke around them causing them to absorb second-hand smoke. Yes, we currently have laws that prohibit people from smoking inside a restaurant, a night club or public places, but once in a while you still come across that uncomfortable moment when a smoker is standing outside a store, at a park, at a family party etc.
The proposal of establishing a law that makes tobacco illegal not only for minors but also for adults is with a purpose of keeping not only the users but others safe as well. If we manage to get substance abuse under control most of daily accidents might even become if not resolved, lessened. Because tobacco is the main cause of not only diseases such as cancer, but also substance abuse disorders, its results are putting our society at risk.
