The law of daily event management is about transportation cost reduction cannot be realized through infrequent transportation network designs. Real savings will only result from daily management and optimization of transportation requirement variability. Regular review and planning transportation network could make cost reduction, such an example, regular network planning can fully utilize truckload by making consolidation, milk run and JIT of the few of customer rather than serve one customer with one truckload only. However, in some case, there is shipment based on truckload rate which doesn‟t matter if the truck is fully loaded or not. Unfortunately, transport manager will faced a problem such availability of truck number, lack of driver, inefficient transportation operation and high expenses on truck assessment. Deming cycle or Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) supported for successful accomplish the daily event management. Stability also will ensure the transportation network is to be plan and monitor effectively.
