Reflection Paper Two
I am confident on working myself as an individual in most circumstances. I know very well that it is not very successful and in order to gain maximum benefit, I have to learn to work as a team. This particular assignment has helped to play an active role as a team member. It also brings about a notion of ethical understanding. It is important therefore to note that as a group, not everyone will do the same thing, as it is obvious that everyone has a point of weakness and strength, which does not resemble others.
In this regard, we have to write group project, and group is assigned by our professor. The group project, which the group was to write on, was discussed and after noting and considering issues about given topic

My first challenge here is that, it can be very hard to work with people who are not on the same ethical line. This is obvious in a group since a group usually form people with varied personalities and religious backgrounds. We had members from various ethnical background and follow different ethical system. But we are in the medical ethical point of view as the prescribed norm. Things like presenting an argument on a given section or part, required a lot of ethical consideration. Having said that, the main ethical issues that arouse was acceptance of views. Since we were a group, everyone gave out views regarding how the project will be formed better so that it can have meaningful and beneficial. Therefore, every member was requested to give out views on the same. The reacceptance of the views of others required a lot of ethical consideration. At times, knowledge is shared, and discussed among group as they work towards common learning goals. I also learned the virtue of patience, tolerance and politeness as the main issues of ethical concerned that evolved during the group writing. For instance, when each member gave out his or her views. It is true then to understand that all that was required for the above information was a good ethical consideration. At most, ethics is one of those issues that control the togetherness of group members and the relationship that exist between the same. I do …show more content…
This principle propelled every one of us to do well towards the each other. This is true because this principle strives to achieve the greatest benefit. In addition, the great benefit to us was to get the good grade. In this manner, we all understood that, in the same way we had success, still if we required succeeding more, we were supposed to hold on this principle. All members agreed that the most things that should come out of a group is a good substance. Moreover, a good substance will always come out of a good and well-structured group. In this regard, the next thing that will heighten our future performance is both the beneficence and a positive attitude. I am very proud to be in this group to a high level of success for positive discussion, group discussion and collaborative team work. We can work as a team.
