Strategies for controlling/preventing people from the danger of eating junk food
For each individual, the solution to avoiding junk food is to prevent having cravings ( consuming desire). Here are some ideas that are helpful in making better choices: * Through advertisers : Using television, radio, newspapers, magazines that promote healthier choices. * Exercise: Physical activity has an important role on maintaining our body health and eliminating the need to eat to feel happy. * Moderation: Eating junk food once in a while is fine, but the key to staying on track with a healthy diet is to eat smaller

Bad lifestyle choices diminish health while healthy lifestyles lead to increased health. * The decisions we make throughout our lives can positively or negatively affect our health. * Technological development, economy and the fact that we live in a speed century are all factors of developing junk food industry all over the world. * Even if junk food represent one of the biggest food innovation of the history and it is for everyone no matter what age, sex or culture we have, exaggerate consume of junk food aliments it’s the second cause of mortality in the world after smoking. * Unfortunately the fact that buying junk food it may be the cheapest and fastest way that we often choose we must change our mentality and think about the risk that eating junk food can cause. * We can change our mentality by correct information, education and orientation for healthy food.
