Sometimes shortcomings are depended on employees. For instance, in Hefty’s Hardware most of high level duties and errands are assigned to the junior level employees. In addition to, because of reconstruction of the company many higher level employees left the job and changed the positions. They also gave the idea of the mobile apps for the information of coupons, sale, timing and events.
For pairing up IT and business equally, architecture model is essential to advance the system. There are many limitations in coupling of business and IT. They are expedient expertise and gratification level. Also maintenance of the customer database such as sporting, clothing, hardware, goods and credits is also vivacious to upkeep.
