The last three years it has been nonstop conversation of what to do with the men, women and children coming across various borders. The talk on national news about immigration and showing the children in the detention room filled with other children laying on the cold concrete floors. These children came with two parents and or one parent and sometimes they came alone hoping they will not be killed, assaulted and or raped along the way. The administration has undertaken a specific role of what should be done with nationals with requiring them to apply for immigration status. There are several considerations when applying for status and it is lengthy all by itself here are the requirements.

In reviewing the report there are so many rules and regulations guidelines that must be followed it is very over whelming. For instance should you not be considered for deferred action for childhood arrivals not meet the guidelines referenced above your case can be referred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for review. You will accrue unlawful status in the United States while the request for review with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is pending this is subject to the child age. Should you be under the age of 18 you will not accrue unlawful status in the United States during the deferred action.
In reviewing this portion of lawful versus unlawful there is a gray area this all depends on the child’s age and young adults age male/female as well as the guidelines set in place. There are changes that need to be made here is just a few one being length of processing time of all applications, acquire more funds to hire staff for processing of applications.
