our examined task occurs. To clarify this idea we use this example, assume you going outdoors on a trip to visit one of the parks. To do so you need to define a number of activities, decide which park you will go to, rent a car, draw money from bank, make payment to visa, fill up gas, buy vegetable, cook food. In case we are examining “drawing money from bank”, First, we may need to ask the above mentioned questions, what tasks occurred before drawing money from bank , the answer would be deciding what park to visit. Second, tasks that may be performed at the same time of drawing money from ATM is making visa payment. Third, tasks which occur after drawing money from bank are buying vegetables and cooking food.

Scheduling Development Tools
The following are the different scheduling tools that can be implemented to develop a schedule.
- Schedule Network Analysis
It is a visual representation reflects the different project task, the duration required to perform the task and the order of performing these tasks. The following are two management software can be applied to build analysis ( PERT charts, Gantt chart):

PERT
In complex projects a need for a network model to manage the parallel and sequential tasks in the project becomes a necessity. CPM or Critical Path Method a network model, it was created in 1957 to manage projects and activity schedules. Although this tool is a good tool in determining task schedules it definitely lacks the ability to deal with the variation of time that can be associated with these tasks and affects the whole project.
To avoid the CPM issues of dealing with task time variation, another tool called PERT or the Program Evaluation and Review Technique was developed by the US Navy at the end of 1950s.
Generally, PERT tool assists in estimating the task time variation, it also pays close attention to the different project tasks and activities in order to reduce the time required to finish the whole
