Nobody is telling little children that being obese is not good. Also, People these days aren 't getting the exercise they need to stay physically healthy. If we improve communities by making parks, neighborhoods, fresh markets, and improve infrastructure. building a park will give people a way to escape and exercise. they can walk in the park. This will decrease the amount of obese children because they now have some green space to run around in. Also, creating neighborhoods will allow children to go outside and exercise. Some children were not allowed outside because it was not safe, but now creating a neighborhood gives the parents a satisfaction of letting their children exercise outside.
