1. Discuss the differences in the two days? What did you notice? The differences I noticed in the two days was the amount of time I had during the day when I did not use technology. The day in which I used technology I felt like my day went by faster. Another difference was the amount of physical activities I did between the two days. The day without technology I found myself doing more cardio exercise and spent time outside, I was more productive physically. In addition, I found myself doing more productive activities such as cleaned my room, reviewed my notes and did more chores around the house that I typically procrastinate. Another huge difference was the amount of free time I had on the day with technology, I found when I get bored I watch Netflix, play videogames or go on YouTube to kill some time. While the day without technology I did not have any of these activities and had to go out of my way to find thins to do, for example instead of watching Netflix, I decided to read a book.

I would say the norm of society is that majority of our citizens are hooked to technology and social media. I use social media and technology every single day for hours and majority of other people do the same. The idea that our society is hooked to technology and communication media is sad, we are becoming a more introverted society that relies a lot on technology to help us with our daily activities. This assignment made me realize how much time I spend on technology and how many times I use my technology sources to look up information for examples and how to do activities
