Define human resource management in your own words. Human resource management involves your employees and their performance. It is anything dealing with recruiting, hiring, evaluating, and firing. It is an important part to any business and helps them stay organized. Employees are a major part to any business, so having a human resource manager can keep your employees under control. Human resources overall keep your business organized and allow you to hire, pay, and evaluate your employees and reward them for doing well.

It is important to the managers because it helps them stay organized and explain to the employees what to do. Employees want to know what they are getting into before they start working, so having a job description is very important to them. It allows everyone to stay on the same page and not be confused about what to do. Overall, it can limit the amount of questions asked by new employees and make them feel more comfortable while working.

7. Would you prefer to have a higher wage without fringe benefits or a lower wage with fringe benefits? Explain. I would prefer to have a higher wage without fringe benefits. You do not get paid with fringe benefits, so having a lower wage with fringe benefits would not allow you to make a lot of money. Not having fringe benefits is not the end of the world. It is more important to make money than have fringe benefits. It will pay off because you will earn more money in the future. Overall, not having fringe benefits and having a higher wage appeals to me more because it involves making more money and being more successful.
