Children from single-parent families are also easier to have low self-esteem. For instance, children being influenced easily by others, feeling themselves are weak and incompetent, feeling themselves are not valued by others and so on. Single parent families do not have security features. Therefore, it may cause indirect negative impacts on the children which could leading them to failure, disappointment, and violent action. This negative impact may result from economic problems. At last, the children may forced to drop out of school and search for jobs to support their families.
