A Starting Reflection
This starting reflection offers me the opportunity to consider my personal experiences and make connections with them. There are many great benefits in creating a learning profile which will help me examine my habits, mindset, and goals in the areas of reading, writing, participation, and future considerations. Firstly, reading has many benefits and that is why I enjoy it. I have found that reading has helped expand my knowledge because everything that I read fills my mind with new pieces of information. I enjoy reading fictional novels such as Lord of the Flies, Variant, and Go Set a Watchman, which I am currently reading now. When I read these types of novels I like to interpret each character in the book and really get to know them, how they think, and what there …show more content…
I wish to meet the necessary challenges that I am facing and use class time appropriately to complete tasks and meet my goals. Good learning skills and works habits are necessary for post-secondary education. I am in the university stream because it will give me a chance to focus on what I want to study and find out more of what my interest are. It will also help expand my knowledge and give me a personal challenge. This semester I hope to expand on my overall knowledge in English and face the challenges for university/college.
