In today’s society, racial out lash is dominating media, families’ lives, and conversations everywhere. One of the mains concerns of people is how to stop the violence and racial discrimination that is happening more abundantly. Former democratic nominee Bernie Sander stated, “We must pursue policies to transform this country into a nation that affirms the value of its people of color. That starts with addressing the five central types of violence waged against black, brown and indigenous Americans: physical, political, legal, economic and environmental” (Issues: racial injustice, 2016). Each of these issues is aimed to segregate and suppress the minority from gaining grounds in one fashion or another. Within a psychosomatic viewpoint, the primary cause of racism and discrimination is the threat one group against another when there is inclination of loss of control / power, social dominance, economic and political gain. This is their effort in preserving their source of pride by streamlining for social advantage. Racism is the most undesirable and inflexible communal challenge in America and in the world today.
