There are many companies that help to increase our money, but the problem is which companies can we trust. There are ways customers can lose their money and it is hard for them to lose their profits, so we have to study carefully before we invest in any company. However, there are ways some employees will use bribery to gain more profits and will give unethical advice or information about the business to close deals and sign contracts. Have you ever worked with an unethical productive employee when you are in a hurry? What should we do to reduce or terminate unethical productive employees? Customers should not make a deal with employees who use bribery, therefore; companies should find ways to prevent this from

We compared whistle-blowing scores between these two groups and found that participants who wrote about fairness were more willing to blow the whistle than those who wrote about loyalty” As the author found, companies had to give their employees educational courses about fairness which helped to avoid unethical productive employees. In addition, we should not make any deals with employees that take bribes even when we are in a hurry because this would only encourage the employee to break the rules. For example, when a customer wants to make a deal and his transaction is incomplete, and the worker says do not worry just give me one hundred dollars and your transaction will be perfect, you have to cancel the deal and go to another worker. As we can see, we should not deal with an unethical productive employee.

We should find solutions for this bad behavior called bribery. Customers have to quit giving extra money to employees. Such as, when an employee asks a customer to give him money to finish his transaction, one should blow the whistle to help reduce deceptive
