1. Question: How many years of experience do you have working with people in crisis situations?
Answer: Everyday is a crisis situation, I’ve work with this company for over eight years now. I begin working for DHS when I graduated with my bachelors. I’ve decided to stay and move up in the company because I like the field work. This allows me to be up close in personal with my clients.
2. Question: Describe the training need to be effective in your work?
Answer: You have to have love for the job. There are some people who are not willing to cooperate with the help that is provided. Proper training will be much needed with dealing with situations of that matter. This is because you will have to keep an open mind and keep your person feelings and opinions out of the situation.
