I know not many will be familiar with the Motivation 3.0 system since many have only known about the reward or punishment system and have been using it for decades that it causes them to be afraid of change, but it will be useful to introduce Motivation 3.0 so they have a better understanding on why there is some under performance work. I would encourage people to be more opened minded for the many possibilities to improve and be absolutely satisfied about what they
