In the image Phoebe Gariepy is surrounded by things that makes up her life like pictures, plants, books, etc she uses this setting to feel that although she isn’t alone her room is keeping her content from the world. She doesn’t have a laptop because she likes to stay positive and to not let cyberbullying ruin her spirit. She also has a diary to write down her thoughts, feelings, and doubts. 6.3 million teens from ages 13 to18 have been diagnosed with depression anxiety. Dealing with teenage depression is something serious and shouldn’t be taken lightly. People can commit suicide just because they didn’t have the care and guidance they needed to get better. It’s better to be aware of the signs like feeling hopeless, guilt, worthless, helpless, loss of interest in hobbies etc. Being aware and knowing the signs of anxiety depression is very serious because this can become a life threatening situation for the person who is experiencing depression. It’s best to be there for that person so they won’t go through it alone and they can have someone or something to express their feelings
