Donald Wolfe claimed Mr. Chandler had taken part in the event of Black Dahlia, or at least knew what took place. They crossed paths at Ms. Short’s work while on her shift at Berna Allen, where she worked as a call girl. Others would refer to her as the Hollywood “Madam”. Wolfe also included that Norman had accidentally inseminated Elizabeth. When this information came to his attention it caused him to contact and hire a, what Mr. Chandler referred to him as; “ganster”, under the influence of mindless compulsion. The “gangster” was named as a man who goes by “Bugsy Siegel”. Bugsy was hired specifically to do the work of a hitman. Donald Wolfe was never able to prove any of this information because he never had any evidence to do so. Discounting lack of proof, whom ever may have performed the autopsy of the well known case of Black Dahlia shared the results they could pinpoint, with Los Angeles County District Attorney. They had an appropriate assumption of Elizabeth Short not being pregnant, given that there was nothing within her remains that could verify that any life had existed in her womb at the time of her tragic passing. However, considering her corpse was cut in half at the stomach and tempered with, no educated assumption is of certainty. When investigating this complex case, a visit to Berna Allen was assigned in intent of collecting information that could poetically be supplementary toward unraveling what had actually taken
