The change in behavior may not be immediate, or directly observed. This is a continuing progression that continues throughout life. Teachers need to use different instructional styles to make sure that all students have the opportunity to learn in a way that’s best for them. They must research the best ways to accomplish assessments on the students in the classroom.
The learning situation in which learners find themselves is also important. Most of the time this will be a classroom setting. Classroom management has been a priority for many years (“Classroom Management,” 2015). It is one of the most serious obstacles to promoting effective teaching (Kratochwill, 2012). It is one of the most prevalent reasons for job burnout and teacher concerns for their own safety (Kratochwill, 2012).
